ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be sent out?

Once your order is submitted and payment is verified, fulfillment will begin. Orders are typically packaged and shipped out the same day they are placed, but will depend on the time of the day and size of the order.

Do you accept International orders?

At the current time we are only shipping to customers within the United States. For International orders, please contact our customer service team.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on your address and the weight of the items in your cart.

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club, along with Apple Pay and PayPal.

Do you charge Sales Tax on orders?

SilverOnyx LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the State of Utah.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original date of purchase in the original packaging. Consumables such as supplements can only be returned if they have not been opened.

Not happy with your order? Before submitting a refund/return request please contact us to see if your issue or concern can be resolved over the phone or via email.

Please include a printed copy of your order and pack the box carefully with newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent any damage during delivery. We also recommend adding a tracking # to your shipment to be sure it reaches our warehouse safely.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has reached our warehouse a representative will inspect the product and packaging - any applicable refund will then be submitted within 24-48 hours.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

SilverOnyx Air Purifiers

Can the filters be washed/cleaned?

The silver, foam pre-filter in the 3-speed models can be washed in your sink, while the HEPA filters and combination filters in the 5 speed models can be cleaned with a soft brush or by gently vacuuming.

How often do I need to replace the filters?

The life of the filters will be directly related to the quality of the air being cleaned, how long the purifier is run during the day, and how often they are cleaned. The filters should be replaced every 6 months, but may last longer with regular care, under moderate use.

Nature's Nutrition Supplements

What is the difference between your two Turmeric supplements?

We currently offer two different Turmeric supplements:

1) 100% Pure Turmeric Extract (1,800mg): this supplement is comprised only of Turmeric Extract (Curcumin), Black Pepper Extract, and Ginger

2) Turmeric Extract w/ BioPerine (1,500mg): this supplement is a blend of Turmeric powder, Turmeric Extract (Curcumin), and BioPerine (black pepper extract).

Our 100% Pure Turmeric Extract is a more potent, pure extract of Turmeric, while our Turmeric w/ BioPerine is a less expensive, yet still very effective, blend.
