Submitting a Warranty Claim
Before filing a warranty claim, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as we may be able to provide a resolution or work-around. Follow these steps to send your product in for warranty service:
- Package the Product in its original packaging or in equally protective packaging.
- Print a copy of your order and place it in the box with the Product.
- Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box (SilverOnyx does not cover the cost of return shipping fees).
Ship the Product to the address shown below (a tracking # is recommended).
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order # and the tracking # for the return package.
- When the package has been received and inspected, you will be notified and informed how the warranty claim is to be fulfilled (repair, replacement, or refund).
