Submitting a Claim
Before filing a warranty claim, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as we may be able to provide a resolution or work-around. Follow these steps to send your product in for warranty service:
1) Package the Product in its original packaging or in equally protective packaging.
2) Print a copy of your order and place it in the box with the Product.
3) Visit bit.ly/SilverOnyx-Returns
You will need the email address you used to make the original purchase, along with your order #. Once you submit the return request, you will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, along with further instructions.
1) Ship the Product to the address shown below (a tracking # is recommended).
2) When the package has been received and inspected, you will be notified and informed how the warranty claim is to be fulfilled (repair, replacement, or refund).
