Returns Policy

At SilverOnyx LLC we stand by our products! All of our products are backed by our 30 day guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

The support does not end there - many of our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty*:

    - Air Purifiers (One Year)
    - Sound Therapy Machines (90 days)
    - Bluetooth Scales (90 days)
    - Kitchen Canisters, Tea Infusers, Measuring Cups (90 days)

    Submitting a Claim

    Before filing a warranty claim, please contact us via email (support@silveronyx.com) as we may be able to provide a resolution or work-around. Follow these steps to send your product in for warranty service:

    1) Package the Product in its original packaging or in equally protective packaging.
    2) Print a copy of your order and place it in the box with the Product.

    You will need the email address you used to make the original purchase, along with your order #. Once you submit the return request, you will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, along with further instructions.

      1) Ship the Product to the address shown below (a tracking # is recommended).
      2)
      When the package has been received and inspected, you will be notified and informed how the warranty claim is to be fulfilled (repair, replacement, or refund).
