Office Administrator
We are looking for an office administration professional with graphic design experience that has a proven track record for managing details. This is a new position that will work closely with our product development and marketing teams. You will participate in key areas of packaging design for product launches, and help to improve sales conversion rates with compelling product images.

Responsibilities of this Role:
- Work with our creative team to design and compelling product labels
- Ensure all labels accurately feature our products’ attributes
- Review your colleagues’ packaging designs for accuracy
- Verify that product labels comply with all applicable regulations
- Embrace our framework of scientific design based on A/B testing
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling infographics
- File administration and version control

- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Display excellent attention to detail in all your work
- Complete projects on time with extreme accuracy
- Have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Earned a college degree and have relevant work experience
- Make decisions through analysis rather than personal preference
- Enjoy consistent improvement in a constantly changing industry
- Love the scientific method and testing design theories
You may have a leg up on other candidates if you
- Have a college degree in business, design, or similar technical degree
- Love learning and admit that you don’t already know everything
- Are more of a graphic design scientist than an artist
- Have experience with commercial product photography
- Love learning and catch on to new skills quickly
- Want to play a key role in a fast-growing company
- Have experience running conversion rate optimization tests
